What are your rates?
Mr. Neumiller charges $255.00 per hour for Washington residents and $285.00 for California based residents. Additionally, there are certain legal tasks that Mr. Neumiller performs at a set rate such as estate planning documents. Please call for more information.
What are your hours?
The office is generally open between 9 am and 5 pm Mondays through Fridays. Appointments outside of these hours are available but must be prearranged with Mr. Neumiller. It is always a good idea to call first to make sure someone will be in the office instead of trying to drop in. There is a mail slot in the front door of the offices if you need to drop off papers or documents.
How do I find your offices?
Look under the tab titled "Contact" for a map. Mr. Neumiller's offices are in the building affectionately called the "log cabin building" located on Midway Boulevard in Oak Harbor, Washington. As you enter under the archway between the two buildings, Mr. Neumiller's office is located on the second floor at the far end of the building on the right. You'll find the office at the top of the stairs, Suite B201.
Do you have free consultations?
No, Mr. Neumiller does not provide free consultations. His type of practice does not lend itself to giving out free advice. However, when an appointment is made to see Mr. Neumiller, the parties will establish whether Mr. Neumiller will be able to provide the legal assistance sought by the client.
What should I expect on my first visit?
All new clients are asked to sign a "New Client Intake" sheet providing basic contact information. Depending on the circumstances and type of legal advice sought, you may be asked to pay a retainer up front.
